We like to roast this coffee Medium, just beyond the end of first crack, so it comes in around a City / City + color. We think the origin characteristics play nicely in this one with the other components of the cup profile. It's simple, clean, and sweet. You may find notes of Honey, Caramel, Apple, and Citrus fruit. This coffee is flexible, holds up to milk well, and is good every day. Give it a try!
