This spectacular single origin coffee is from Timor Leste... We stumbled upon this one and we are really excited because it has so much potential. Drink it as a drip coffee or as Espresso, or your preparation of choice - you won't be disappointed. It's AMAZING as espresso!
This coffee is thick, syrupy, smooth, and exudes notes of Sweet, Vanilla, Molasses, Dark Chocolate. It's awesome!

We are super proud to release it in support of trail building and the amazing work that PMTB is doing out in Sterling Forest. It's a play on our famous "Biscuit Crumpler" cafe blend. We take great care to make sure all of the sustainably sourced, specialty grade ingredients are roasted and blended to meet THE taste profile we refuse to compromise on. We love this coffee! We only source and roast Specialty Grade Coffee. That means the coffee we sell is carefully grown and processed, and scores 80+ on the Specialty Coffee Association scale for flavor, aroma, and absence of defects. Commodity grade coffee is mass-produced, lower-quality coffee traded mainly for volume and price rather than taste. Can you guess why oily, dark roasting is the norm? Specialty grade is more expensive, but it's "off the charts" better in terms of taste, quality, and sustainability. You know the saying, "you get what you pay for" - right?
